- Boarding billing starts at sign in time.
- Last day past sign in time is billed hourly daycare@$7/hour per pet until full day charge.
- No extra miscellaneous charges except for two. Meds, insulin, etc, is included in boarding price. We bill a surcharge for General Holidays of $35 per dog or cat run to help cover extra labour costs. Dry food whether you bring it or using ours is no charge. If we need to administer and open cans of wet food or keep anything in the fridge or feed raw food, there will be a nominal charge.

**Sign in time means on arrival. A ‘day’ means the 24 hour period after you sign in. We have no set check in or check out times. It’s your schedule that counts.**
