Health and Vaccination Policy

Up to date vaccinations are required in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for all our pet guests.

Kindly note that the vaccination certificate must include the complete details of the Veterinarian Clinic and not checkmarks in a booklet.

At Club Mead, we do not accept non-veterinarian applied vaccinations, however we do accept titer tests. Kindly email us the proof of vaccination records at least 48 hours before your pet is scheduled to arrive at our facility. Please feel free to bring in your records prior to check-in to ensure everything is in order.

Vaccination Requirements for Dogs

All dogs must have Rabies, DA2PP and Bordetella vaccinations. We also highly recommend the vaccines be given at least 10 days prior to the date of check-in. While we accept vaccines given within a shorter time frame, pet owners should be aware of the risks associated with that.

Vaccination Requirements for Cats

All cats must have the FVRCP and Rabies vaccine administered by a veterinarian prior to check-in. The Leukemia vaccine is also highly recommended.

Healthy Pets

Please advise us in advance of any conditions or illnesses your pet may have so that we may determine whether this is the best option for you. While we are capable of handling most situations, we are not veterinarians. Things like post operative care or contagious conditions are best handled by your veterinarian clinic.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 12 hours of your drop off time will result in a $25 per pet cancellation charge.

Our clients are in full control of their own scheduling here via our online booking system, subject only to our business hours. Therefore, repeated changes and cancellations that become simply unfair to us can result in our lack of trust in you and ultimately withdrawal of services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!

Abuse of Club Mead Pet Resort staff is not tolerated and can result in withdrawal of our services.
