Carbon has finished sixteen out of his first twenty all-age stakes for a total of 4-2nds, 1-4th, and a few jams in the Amateur All Age and a few more jams in the Open All Age. He has just turned 3 years old in September, 2000.

He titled early in the summer of 2001 and was a finalist in the 2001 National Amateur Retriever Championship.
