Additional pets sharing a run will be billed at half the normal rate. More than 3 pets sharing will be quoted.

Saturday: 7 AM - 1 PM
Sunday: 7 AM - 7 PM
Closed daily 1 - 2 PM for lunch.

Our billing period is per day from 8am to 8am the next day or any portion thereof.

Airport parking and After Hours Fees

I understand the cancellation policy and authorize billing of my credit card if I violate those terms. I authorize use of my credit card info to pay this booking fee in my absence.*
Comments and/or tell us about your pets if this is your first time booking.

All clients are required to provide Visa or MasterCard
numbers to secure the booking. Reservations are subject to a
cancellation fee which will be charged only if the client cancels on the day of
the reservation or merely fails to show.
Do not email your credit card number. Phone or fax only.

We welcome walk ins. The only time reservations are actually required are August Long Weekend, Easter and Christmas Holidays.
There is a 99% chance that we will have space on demand any other time of year.
It's fine to simply bring your vaccine papers and just show up. If we are full in advance, I will post it here as well.

Please do not phone to request changes or cancellations.
Phone messages are unreliable. Quite often we cannot understand the message. Because pet boarding is a contract agreement,
all requests should be in writing to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
