All
clients are required to provide Visa or MasterCard
numbers to secure the booking. Reservations are subject to a
cancellation fee which will be charged only if the client cancels on
the day of
the reservation or merely fails to show. Generally, a 1 day cancellation
fee
will apply, but larger charges can occur if it leaves empty space for
a long
weekend or other peak time that we are unable to recover from and rebook..

We are
booking exclusively through this form. If we can accept your reservation,
you will be asked to phone in and leave a credit card number. That's
a one time thing and once you do it, you'll receive a confirmation email
for your reservation.
Please know that even though you can't get us on the phone, we'll be
here
to serve you and your pets needs when you get here. This way, we can
scrutinize each booking as time permits during our busy day and actually
make better decisions and take on more new clients. Please give this

Phone messages are unreliable. Quite often we cannot understand the
message. Because pet boarding is a contract agreement,
all requests should be in writing to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
