Reservation and Cancellation Policy
For your protection, cancellations and changes to reservations should be submitted in writing to ensure authenticity and accuracy. We ask that people simply reply to the confirmation email that we supply, but fax is also acceptable. Phone messages regarding changes to the reservation are unreliable. Often we cannot understand the message and have no way to verify or save them for future reference in case of a mistake or dispute. It is the clients responsibility to provide proof in writing of cancellation in the case of a disputed cancellation charge.
Reservations
are subject to a
cancellation fee which will be charged only if the client cancels on the day
of the reservation or merely fails to show.
Generally, a 1 day cancellation fee will apply, but larger charges can occur
if it leaves empty
space for a long weekend or other peak time that we are unable to recover from
and rebook.
Early Return Policy
Please give
us ample notice so we may book the run to someone else.
Early returns with less than 3 days written notice will be billed to the end
of the reservation or up to three days extra, whichever is less.
Changes to Reservations
Changes will be generally accepted providing that we are able to accommodate the request.
If the booking is changed significantly, we reserve the right to cancel.
Client Status
Habitual
cancellations and changes will affect your ability to reserve space for future
requests.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Abuse of Club Mead Pet Resort staff is not tolerated.
Christmas and August Long Weekend
These times
are the peak boarding seasons. We operate at capacity and have to turn down
literally thousands of requests.
Therefore, reservations are quite different than the rest of the year. We
can not accept new clients. Client requests are considered and preference is
given to those
who use our facility regularly with little history of changes or cancellations.
